Delivery and Returns

We send our packages with DPD parcelservice. 

As soon as your order is ready to send out, your DPD label is made and your track and trace number is emailed to you by DPD.
We make sure you know exactly how things are going with your order. After logging into the web boutique, go to Recent orders > view the status of your order(s). From the moment the parcel is sent to you, you will also see the DPD courier tracking number.
You will then be able to trace your parcel via the DPD website:

Damaged goods:
Alway control your package at delivery. 
Report even minor default to the couriers POS (the little black signing box)
If this is not done, no claims can be accepted.

Returns of damaged goods:
We do take the greatest care wrapping your order. Everything is controled and double checked in our workplace. 
If your parcel does arrive damaged, report us within 24 hour, by mail, accompanied by clear pictures as a prove. 
After consultation you can send the parcel back to us and we will take the necessary steps to replace the item.
Returns should be sent to: FAB5 Wonderwall, Appelhoekstraat 11, 9770 Kruishoutem.

As soon as your package arrives, we will send you a replacement. 


The consumer has the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days without stating a reason and without paying a fine. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day of delivery.

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must inform the company of the decision to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement (eg in writing by e-mail or by post).

This right of withdrawal does not apply to professional buyers.

In accordance with the law of December 30, 2013, the consumer cannot invoke the right of withdrawal in the following cases.

Goods that are manufactured according to the specifications of the consumer or have a personal character 
so-called custom made orders.
The right of withdrawal is of course only valid if the product is actually returned within 10 working days after the consumer has informed FAB5 Wonderwall that he wants to cancel his purchase.

The returned product must be returned in unused condition, in its original packaging, in perfect condition and accompanied by the order number. Any return for which the sender cannot be identified will be refused.

The consumer must pay the return shipping costs. The refund will be made as soon as possible, no later than 30 days after receipt of the return by FAB5 Wonderwall, provided that all conditions as described above are strictly met. In any case, the amount that will be refunded will never exceed the amount actually paid by the consumer, excluding the shipping costs.

If a coupon was used during the purchase, it will also be returned. This voucher can then be reused on a subsequent purchase.

Feedback why you opt out of your purchase is always appreciated.

Please note that the customer is responsible for all return freight charges, including duty and tax if applicable. We cannot accept C.O.D. shipments. Put a note in the box with your name, your address, your bankdetails and the order number. You will receive a refund via your original payment method as soon as reasonably practicable, but no later than 30 days after your shipment has been received by us.

We cannot be held liable for non-compliance with any obligations it may have with respect to the customer resulting from occurrences beyond our control. This includes any serious interruptions to FAB5 Wonderwall activities and/or stagnation of the logistics chain.
